🔑 How do I access a previously purchased webinar, self-study course, or package on the Surgent website?

To access your Surgent CPE courses or packages, follow these steps:

🧾 Step 1: Log In to Your Account

1. Visit www.SurgentCPE.com
2. Click Log In in the top right corner.
3. Enter your username and password.
   If you forgot your password, click “Forgot?” to reset it.

📂 Step 2: Access “My Portal”

1. Click your name in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
2. Select My Portal from the dropdown menu.

📚 Step 3: View Your Courses and Packages

Inside My Portal, you’ll find:

• ✅ All purchased webinars and self-study courses
• ✅ Active CPE packages (e.g., 16-hour, 40-hour packages)
• ✅ Access links to start or resume courses
• ✅ Self-service tools to track progress and download certificates

💡 Tip: If you're part of a firm using bulk hours, use your firm's portal login at portal.surgent.com
