Surgent is an approved CTEC provider and will report your credits directly to CTEC — but your CTEC ID must be associated with your account in order for your hours to be submitted.
🕒 Reporting Timelines
CTEC-approved providers are required to report completion hours electronically within:

30 business days of course completion between January 16 and June 30

10 business days of course completion during all other times of the year
If your CTEC credits haven’t been reported within the appropriate timeframe, please confirm that your CTEC ID is correctly added to your profile.
