🎥 Do I Have to Complete an On-Demand Webcast in One Sitting?

Good news! You do not need to complete an on-demand webcast in one sitting—except for the final exam, which must be taken in one go.

✅ Here’s what you can do:

• Start, pause, and resume the webcast at your convenience

• Your progress is automatically saved throughout the course

• Download and review course materials whenever you’d like

• Take the mutliple choice exam when you're ready

⚠️ Important: The Final Exam Must Be Taken in One Sitting

You cannot save your progress once you begin the final exam. If something interrupts your session (e.g. power outage, browser crash), you’ll have to restart the exam.

💡 Pro Tip: Download the Reference Exam before starting. It’s a printable version of the final exam.
Record your answers on the printed version first, then submit them when you’re ready to take the final. This way, if anything unexpected happens, you won’t lose your work.

1. Log into your SurgentCPE Portal

2. Click your name in the top-right corner

3. Select “My Portal”

4. Choose “My Courses” from the left-hand menu

5. Click the orange “Resume Course” button next to your webcast
