Refunds are available within 10 business days of purchase, provided that no CPE credit has been granted. This includes:

If you purchased your course or package through a state society or third-party provider, all changes—including refunds and cancellations—must be processed directly through that provider. Surgent is unable to issue refunds for these purchases.
