We get it—plans change! The process to change your webinar date depends on how you purchased the course.
đź§ľ If You Have an Unlimited Package (Unlimited Webinar, Unlimited Self-Study, or Unlimited Plus):
You can unregister yourself and sign up for a different session.
Here’s how:

Log into your SurgentCPE Portal

Click on your name in the top-right corner, then choose “My Portal”

Select “My Webinar Registrations” from the left-hand menu

Find the course you want to change

Click the six dots (â‹®) on the right side of that row

Select “Unregister” from the dropdown menu

Return to “My Packages” and click “Browse Included Courses” to register for the new date

🏛️ If You Purchased Through Your State Society:
Surgent cannot make changes to state society purchases. Please contact your society directly for assistance with transfers or schedule changes.
