Purchasing individual courses is easy! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you along the way:
1. 🖱️ Go to Courses
You don’t need to be logged into your Surgent CPE account to purchase a course or package, but it’s best practice to do so.
Click on Courses from the top menu of surgentcpe.com.
Browse available courses and click SELECT for more information on each course.
2. 🔎 Filter Your Search
From the menu on the left, you can filter courses by format, topic, number of credit hours, and more. This helps you find exactly what you need!
3. 📚 Choose Your Course
When you select a course, you may see two options under CHOOSE CPE FORMAT. Please note:

This does not guarantee the course is available in both formats.

Both formats may not offer the same number of credit hours.

Not all formats are approved for the same credentials.
It’s important to check the credentials listed for each format after selection. Some courses may qualify for different credentials in live or self-study formats. Always verify the credentials once you've chosen your format!
4. 🛒 Add to Cart
Once you’ve selected the course format and confirmed qualifications (and selected your webinar date/time for live courses), click BUY NOW to add the course to your cart. You’ll be automatically directed to your cart. If you want to add more courses, just keep browsing!
📍 You can always access your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of the page.
5. 💳 Check Out
When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart, verify your selections, and click CHECKOUT.

Step 1: Enter the attendee's information if you’re purchasing a live webinar. This is the person attending the webinar for credit. If purchasing for someone else, enter their details here.

Step 2: Enter the billing information, which should be associated with the actual purchaser.

Step 3: Enter your credit card details. Once submitted, click CONTINUE, and then PLACE THIS ORDER to complete your purchase.
6. 🎉 Access Your Courses
Your purchase(s) will be accessible in your portal once the order is complete.
