🔴 How to Access Your Live Webinar on SurgentCPE

If you’re attending a live SurgentCPE webinar, follow the steps below to make sure you’re ready and able to join at the right time.

🚪 Step 1: Log in to your SurgentCPE account

Go to www.surgentcpe.com and click Log In in the upper right-hand corner.
Enter your email and password to access your account.

📋 Step 2: Go to “My Webinar Registrations”

Once logged in, look at the left-hand menu and select My Webinar Registrations.

This tab displays all upcoming webinars you’re registered for.

🧡 Step 3: Look for the orange button

Find your course in the list and look for the orange button to the right:

• Before the webinar (more than 20 minutes out): Button says “Access Materials”
• Within 20 minutes of start time: Button changes to “Enter Webinar Lobby”

Click “Enter Webinar Lobby” once it appears to join your webinar.

📄 Accessing course materials

Need your handouts or slides? Click the “Access Materials” button to download course content anytime before the event.

❗ Having trouble entering the webinar?

If it’s time for the event and you don’t see the “Enter Webinar Lobby” button:

• Refresh your browser
• Check that you’re logged into the correct account
• Make sure you’re in the My Webinar Registrations tab
• Verify the time and your time zone
