There are two options for updating/resetting your password.
If you need to reset your password to login to your account:

Visit www.surgentcpe.com and click Login in the upper right corner

Select “Forgot?” to the right of Password

Enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password
You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you need to update your password and are already logged into your account:

After logging into your account on www.surgentcpe.com, click on your name in the top right of the page and then select My Portal

Visit www.surgentcpe.com and click Login in the upper right corner

Once in your portal, click the grey person icon in the upper right of the page and select My Profile

You will be directed to your Personal Information and from here, you can update your password and Save Changes
