By default, package subscriptions are set to renew automatically. If you have not opted out of automatic renewal for your package subscription, it will renew at 12:00 AM ET on the expiration date listed on your Surgent CPE account.
If you opted out of automatic renewal, you are not able to turn it back on. If you would like to renew early, please submit a request, email us at info@surgent.com, or give us a call at (800) 778-7436. Our team is happy to assist you!
